    GLAVOVIC STUDIO adapted a 1964 two floor commercial space built by Robert E. Hall for the Delle Academy of Dance located at 511 NE 3rd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale to their new studio. The dynamism characteristic of GLAVOVIC STUDIO infuses the space, a confluence of architecture, art, design, and community dialogue and exchange. Founder and Director of Design, Margi Glavovic Nothard is committed to staying in Flagler Village, energized by the area’s urban renewal and committed to an urban infill strategy, beneficial and responsive to the neighborhood fabric.

    GLAVOVIC STUDIO occupies 2,500 square feet on the second level, with a bar/restaurant and commercial offices on the first level. Activation of 3rd Avenue occurs by locating first floor studio and retail spaces and entries . The studio main entrance is a double story space entrance showcasing Glavovic Studio design and artwork. GLAVOVIC’S studio features a common adjustable gallery wall to create formal and informal exhibition spaces, allowing for constant exchange of ideas. A naturally lit open studio space contains shared indoor and outdoor respite areas with landscape elements, digital projection, and meet and greet spaces.
