JOB OPENING: PROJECT MANAGER, FLORIDA
Glavovic Studio is hiring a PROJECT MANAGER for our Florida office, with eight to 12 years of experience working on mid- to large-scale public and private projects. Glavovic Studio’s major project sectors include multifamily affordable housing, hospitality, commercial and cultural buildings in Florida and California.
PROJECT MANAGER will participate in critical decisions in all phases of architecture and manage the day-to-day of a project. Immediate supervisor is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect. Candidate work experience must demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills in all project phases. Interest, experience, and knowledge in resilient design, with emphasis on high- and mid-rise multi-family projects are priorities for this position.

- Strong analytical skills
- Professional degree with 8 – 12 years post-degree experience.
- Master’s in architecture degree preferred

Technical and Knowledge Requirements:

- Revit – excellence required – demonstration test required before hiring (Minimum Revit experience: Five years in architecture firm).
- 3D modeling – high level of skill and knowledge required
- Adobe Suite – high level of skill and knowledge required
- Newforma Project Management software – experience and knowledge preferred, not required.
